1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the BNHP protocol, website (bnhp.ai), documentation (docs.bnhp.ai), or any related applications, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Protocol Use

The BNHP protocol is open-source software deployed on public blockchain networks. Interaction with the protocol is permissionless and does not require agreement with any party. However, use of the BNHP front-end interface is subject to these terms.

3. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency and DeFi protocols carry significant risks, including but not limited to: smart contract vulnerabilities, market volatility, regulatory uncertainty, and loss of funds. You acknowledge that you understand these risks and are solely responsible for your own financial decisions.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not use BNHP services for any illegal activities, including money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion. Users from jurisdictions where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited are not permitted to use the BNHP front-end interface.

The BNHP protocol and interface are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. BNHP Foundation does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided.
