Roadmap

BNHP's development is organized into four phases, each building on the previous to deliver a complete, production-ready Web3 infrastructure protocol.

Phase 1 — Foundation (Q1–Q2 2025) ✅

The foundation phase focused on establishing the core technical infrastructure and community.

Completed milestones:

  • Core protocol architecture design and whitepaper publication
  • BNHP Chain testnet launch with EVM compatibility
  • Initial oracle network deployment with 10 node operators
  • Smart contract development and internal security review
  • Community building: 50,000+ Discord members, 30,000+ Twitter followers
  • Seed funding round closed
